Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to every order placed through CollectorBoxEU.com and set out your rights and obligations as a customer.
1. Who we are

2. Orders and contract
By placing an order on CollectoBoxEU.com, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We confirm acceptance of your order by email; a contract of sale is formed once you receive that confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or stock error, in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in euro (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order. Payment is processed securely through the payment methods offered at checkout. Goods remain the property of Fossils NH until full payment has been received.
4. Delivery
We ship within the EU. Orders are shipped within 3 working days from Belgium. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and calculated at checkout. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the goods are physically received by the customer or by a third party designated by the customer, other than the carrier, unless the customer independently arranged a carrier not offered by CollectorBoxEU.
5. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. To withdraw, inform us by email at info@collectorboxeu.com before the 14-day period expires, using the model form below or a clear written statement. You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You may inspect the goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Return address: Fossils NH / CollectorBox EU, Sint-Sebastiaanlaan 7, 8600 Diksmuide, Belgium. Once we receive the returned item (or proof of return), we will reimburse all payments received from you, within 14 days of being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
6. Legal guarantee
All products sold to consumers are covered by the applicable statutory legal guarantee of conformity. Under EU and Belgian consumer law, consumers benefit from a minimum two-year legal guarantee for new goods. If a product is not in conformity with the contract, the consumer may be entitled, depending on the circumstances and applicable law, to repair, replacement, a proportionate price reduction or termination of the contract and reimbursement.
7. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, CollectorBoxEU is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.
8. Privacy and data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full information regarding the categories of personal data we process, legal bases, retention periods, recipients and your rights under applicable data protection law.
9. Complaints and dispute resolution
In the event of a complaint, please contact us first at info@collectorboxeu.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. If no amicable solution can be reached, eligible consumers may contact the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Service de Médiation pour le Consommateur / Consumentenombudsdienst).
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in the consumer’s country of residence. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
